Payment Information
Payment Schedule
Tuition fees must be paid at the beginning of each semester. The payment deadlines are as follows:
- Fall Semester: August 15
- Spring Semester: January 15
- Summer Session: May 15
A late payment fee of $50 will be applied if payment is not received by the deadline.
Payment Methods
East Africa University accepts the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer to university account
- Online payment through student portal
- Mobile money transfer (EVC Plus, Zaad, Edahab)
- Credit/debit card payment at the finance office
- Cash payment at the university cashier
Payment Plans
We understand that paying the full tuition at once may be challenging for some students. Therefore, we offer flexible payment plans:
- Full Payment: 5% discount when paying full semester fees at once
- Installment Plan: Pay in 3 equal installments throughout the semester
- Monthly Plan: Available for working students with approval from finance office
